Producer Commissions Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely commission payments, the fully remote Producer Commissions Consultant will analyze and resolve complex commission-related issues, support commission processing, and lead projects to enhance payment distribution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commission data through quality audits and process validation activities while providing training and feedback to team members
• Research and resolve complex commission, system, and processing issues, managing escalated inquiries and establishing preventive controls
• Monitor team workloads and prioritize assignments to achieve service levels and productivity goals consistently

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with commission systems and financial reporting processes
• Ability to develop and maintain complex reports and provide actionable insights
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal controls related to commission operations
