Producer Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support accurate producer and broker compensation processing, the remote Producer Compensation Analyst will execute monthly workflow procedures, perform data analysis, and resolve inquiries, requiring strong Excel skills and a background in accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly compensation workflows and validate payment accuracy for producers and brokers
• Prepare complex compensation calculations and analytical reports, translating data findings for management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding compensation statements and related inquiries

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, compensation, financial operations, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with agency management or invoicing systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including lookup functions and conditional aggregation
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals sufficient for preparing and booking journal entries
