Producer Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting the Manager with commission calculations and broker agreements, the full-time remote Producer Compensation Analyst will manage compensation arrangements, ensure timely payments, and serve as a liaison between finance and producers to resolve commission issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain details of all Producer/Broker compensation arrangements and payment calendars
• Assist in calculating and processing commissions, true-ups, and bonuses for Producers/Brokers
• Conduct regular data reviews to identify errors and support in-depth compensation analysis requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Power BI
• Experience working with large data sets and creating automated Excel templates
• Exposure to Sales Compensation plans is highly preferred
