Producer Development Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the organization's Sales Acceleration Program, the full-time Producer Development Coordinator will coordinate operational aspects, serve as the main point of contact for program participants, and manage logistics for both in-person and virtual components while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program to ensure successful execution of program design and content delivery
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for in-person and virtual program components, including workshops and training sessions
• Gather participant feedback and monitor progress to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the program

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, or talent management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
