Producer Development Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating the execution of the Sales Acceleration Program, the full-time remote Producer Development Coordinator will manage operational aspects, support program participants, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the development experience for early-career producers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program to ensure successful execution of program design and content delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for program participants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their development journey
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for in-person and virtual program components, including workshops and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, or talent management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
