Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer, Features to join their Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production for feature pods across Product, Design/UX, Engineering, and QA from planning to launch
• Partner with Product to turn goals into clear milestones, track dependencies, and manage risks
• Drive team rituals and evolve the team's operating rhythm over time

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of game or digital product production experience, ideally on live service teams
• 2+ years using Agile methodologies for iterative planning and delivery
• Experience supporting end-to-end feature delivery across Product, Design/UX, Engineering, and QA
• Strong fundamentals in planning, prioritization, and dependency/risk tracking
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
