Producer I

Job Summary

Collaborating with a talented development team, the full-time remote Producer I will assist in the day-to-day production operations, maintain project schedules, and support team rituals to create innovative interactive experiences based on Disney and associated franchises.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily production operations of a cross-functional team to bring interactive experiences to life
• Maintain and track the feature team's schedule using project management tools
• Support the team by organizing key rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and playtests

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment
• Experience in the creation and release of a successful AAA live-operated game in a production role
• Basic knowledge of Jira, Excel, Confluence, Airtable, and other asset management software
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to adapt, build strong relationships, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
