Job Summary

Supporting creative production remotely, the contract Producer II will manage and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem while troubleshooting issues and prioritizing stakeholder requests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem using tools like Jira and Airtable
• Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users needing system support

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
• Experience managing projects, workflows, or operational systems in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
• Proficient in building workflows and automations using platforms such as Jira and Airtable
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong communication and customer service support
