Job Summary

Supporting creative production and project management, the remote contract Producer II will maintain and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem, monitor system health, and troubleshoot issues across workflows and automations for a key game team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem using Jira, Airtable, Workato, and related platforms
• Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users needing system support, including intake and prioritization of stakeholder requests

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, or a related field
• Experience managing projects, workflows, or operational systems in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
• Experience building workflows, automations, or operational systems using platforms like Jira, Airtable, or Workato
• Proven ability to provide strong communication and customer service to support users and stakeholders
