Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth within managed firms
• Identify opportunities for membership growth with consulting firms
• Manage producer channels and develop relationships with national consultant and brokerage firm leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry
• Proven ability to develop strong customer/producer relationships
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive value creation
• Broad technical understanding of Benadmin and HCM platform players
