Producer Support Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential support to producers navigating Extended Producer Responsibility compliance, the full-time remote Producer Support Representative will manage inquiries, assist with registration processes, and resolve complex issues while serving as a first point of escalation for the support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for producers, assisting with registration, compliance, and general inquiries
• Resolve producer issues and escalate complex cases to the Producer Support Manager as needed
• Accurately enter and track producer information in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and categorization of inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or help desk support; leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with compliance and regulatory environments is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and case management
