Product Adoption Manager

Job Summary

To drive the adoption of SAP Taulia's Cloud ERP solutions, the remote Product Adoption Manager will guide customers through self-service implementation, articulate the business value proposition, and provide expert support for technical configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the value proposition of SAP Taulia's Working Capital Solutions and conduct presentations to understand customer goals
• Guide customers through self-service implementation materials and assist with technical configuration steps
• Collaborate with customers to analyze their business requirements and ensure the solution meets their specific needs

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of SAP experience or related experience in FinTech
• Strong understanding of Fintech and Working Capital Solutions, with prior experience in Cash Management or Trade Finance
• Experience with SAP functional FI-AR, FI-CA, FI-AP configurations and business processes
• Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical consulting role is highly desirable
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
