Job Summary
To strengthen product-focused planning and execution, the full-time Product Adoption Manager will serve as a strategic partner for VP-level GTM leaders, focusing on data-driven insights and operational visibility while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive analyses and deliverables, including board materials and quarterly business reviews
- Generate performance tracking and operational visibility against targets through regular reviews and updates
- Guide the annual GTM planning process, including KPI setting and long-range modeling
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of strategy and operations experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or top-tier consulting
- Proven leadership skills and ability to support VP-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Technical fluency with AI and data tools, including familiarity with GTM tech stacks like Databricks and SQL
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
