Product Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Adoption Services Specialist to help clients implement and utilize their solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding for proper setup and initial adoption of products
• Manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding product workflows
• Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
• Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus
• Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed
