Product Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Adoption Specialist to lead training and enablement programs that enhance customer adoption and product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and overhaul existing training materials to align with product modernization efforts
• Develop and launch product adoption programs using LMS platforms and interactive learning tools
• Analyze usage data to identify training gaps and enhance customer enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, or product adoption in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation
• Hands-on experience creating instructional videos and tutorials using industry-standard software
• Proven expertise with Pendo for managing interactive guides and analyzing usage data
