Product Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Adoption Specialist to manage member-facing projects and training for new feature adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and training for new feature adoption to ensure members meet upgrade goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and develop documentation related to new features/releases
• Create and update knowledge base articles to maintain accurate information for internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Tessitura Software and Products
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Tessitura APIs, TN Express Web, and Credit Card Processing
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
• Experience in multitasking and managing dynamic priorities
