Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Adoption Expert to drive product adoption and maximize business value across its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the adoption expert for assigned products and join customer engagements to accelerate product-specific adoption
• Collaborate with various teams to create scalable adoption resources and execute one-to-many initiatives
• Provide strategic feedback to Product teams based on adoption patterns and customer use cases

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product adoption or customer success roles
• Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles
• Ability to develop educational content and resources for customers
• Proven track record of driving customer engagement and adoption metrics
• Familiarity with technology products and solutions relevant to the role
