Product Adoption Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Customer Success team, the full-time Product Adoption Specialist for Golf will lead product onboarding and adoption sessions, collaborate with Account Managers to resolve customer challenges, and ensure successful software utilization remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Educate customers on configuring and using Golf + POS systems to meet their operational needs
- Implement new features following upsells and act as a product specialist during training sessions
- Document customer progress, manage retention pipelines, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Fluency in English as a working language
- Experience in delivering training or customer enablement sessions
- Passion for the golf industry or relevant experience
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
