Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Salesforce Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business processes and requirements to develop documentation in ADO
• Provide support for data management and assist with user acceptance testing for new features
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure optimal delivery of functionality and assist in the implementation of Salesforce features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis
• Strong elicitation techniques and ability to structure data for decision making
• Working knowledge of business processes, programming, and systems analysis procedures
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
