Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to support the Product Analytics team in enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement
• Conduct exploratory analyses and assess opportunities using customer satisfaction data
• Create dashboards and reports to explain data insights and collaborate with business partners for actionable analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing user behavior for online consumer software products
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing large datasets
• Experience in data tracking for user behavior
• Hands-on knowledge of Python or R
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
