Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to empower digital product teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports tracking product performance and user experience
• Partner with product managers to define KPIs and measurement plans for new releases
• Conduct analyses to uncover user behaviors and trends, and translate data into narratives that influence product strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience in an analytics environment
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and solid SQL skills
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
