Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst - Ancillary Benefits Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support analytics frameworks to monitor product performance across the ABM portfolio
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for product enhancements and roadmap decisions
• Coordinate end-to-end internal testing for product and platform enhancements, ensuring readiness for client UAT

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in product analysis, development, or management within technology-enabled environments
• 3+ years of experience working as a product owner or analyst on Agile scrum teams
• 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT systems or payer platforms
• Solid proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, or similar data analytics tools
