Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to improve product performance measurement and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve core product metric definitions and ensure consistency across teams
• Build blueprints and standards for self-serve analytics for Product Managers and Engineering
• Analyze onboarding, activation, and key workflows to identify drop-offs and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics or data analytics within a SaaS environment
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and data validation
• Experience with user analytics tools, including dashboarding and reporting
• Proven ability to define core SaaS metrics and build trusted reporting
• Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineering teams on data modeling
