Product Analyst, a full-time remote position focused on understanding agency workflows and translating them into actionable product requirements for a unified operating system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews and map end-to-end workflows across various teams
• Translate workflow insights into product requirements and maintain a living requirements repository
• Coordinate with cross-workstream teams to ensure alignment on data and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in product analysis or business analysis
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize qualitative input
• Experience creating clear and actionable process documentation
• Strong skills in writing product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Data literacy and understanding of data flows and API integration points
