Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support product initiatives in the insurance sector, the fully remote Product Analyst will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights under the guidance of product leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and profiling to inform product development and enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster effective communication and relationships
• Review claim files and provide feedback to improve processes and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience as a product analyst or in similar roles
• Solid understanding of personal insurance products, coverage, and claims processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
• Experience in Property Casualty insurance and business process analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
