Product Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and support of data feeds, the full-time Product Analyst will administer inbound and outbound 834 transactions, troubleshoot data feeds, and contribute to process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the implementation and ongoing support for inbound and outbound 834 and proprietary file formats
• Troubleshoot and maintain various data feeds, including eligibility and claims information
• Provide updates on Service Requests and contribute to process and tool enhancements for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in client implementations involving X12 transactions
• Basic understanding of HIPAA 834 transactions
• Associate's degree or relevant work experience
