Product Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the product management team, the full-time remote Product Analyst will manage the intake, assessment, and tracking of product-related requests while collaborating closely with leadership and assisting in research and documentation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and track the progress of product-related requests and enhancements
• Collaborate with product managers and leadership to prioritize team initiatives and maintain product documentation
• Assist in producing product training materials and support coordination with marketing on product collateral

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or a similar role
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry strongly preferred
• Project management skills are a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
