Product Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between IT development and business units, the full-time remote Product Analyst will evaluate new applications, conduct analyses to assess business performance, and prepare documentation to support system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Compile comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents and use cases
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for analysis, documentation, and presentations
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business partners
• Ability to analyze data and utilize tools to enhance processes and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
