Product Analyst

Job Summary

Driving product strategy through data analysis, the full-time remote Product Analyst will lead performance insights, design dashboards, and collaborate on research to inform product decisions and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product performance and customer insights analysis to inform roadmap planning
• Design dashboards and reports that highlight trends and facilitate decision-making
• Collaborate on external research, including surveys and focus groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in analytics or a similar role
• Experience with SQL and BI tools
• Strong business acumen and foundational financial analysis skills
• Comfortable with A/B testing and data validation methods
