Product Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Analyst to work in a hybrid NYC/remote capacity, responsible for defining business requirements, developing test scenarios, and collaborating with clients and development teams to ensure successful software implementation and ongoing usage.

Key responsibilities:

• Interview users and stakeholders to identify business problems and requirements for new software
• Document and present results of analysis and ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions
• Lead focus groups and training sessions to promote successful use of new applications and features

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial/brokerage industry in a similar role within an agile environment
• Experience with Cash Management/Money Movement domain, including Wires, Checks, and ACH processing
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, computer science, or engineering
• Strong skills in business writing, client interviewing, and developing training materials
