Job Summary

Focusing on an Adobe Platform Migration project, the remote contract Product Analyst will translate business needs into functional requirements for audience segmentation and personalization, support testing, and create enablement materials for marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating use cases into functional requirements for audience segmentation and personalization
• Supporting UAT, QA, and validation of journeys to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Defining data mapping requirements to ensure accurate integration of source systems into Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
