Product Analyst

Job Summary

To contribute to the ongoing success of Evio's Digital Health team, the remote Product Analyst will manage product operations and enhancements, provide product support, and define product requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve medication experiences and affordability for clients and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product processes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support new and existing clients by troubleshooting issues and assisting with product launches and activations
• Define and document product requirements, maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in healthcare
• Adept at creating clear process and product documentation
• Knowledgeable in EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability technologies
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
