Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support product strategy in the property & casualty insurance sector, the full-time hybrid Product Analyst will analyze profitability and growth trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze profitability, growth trends, and key performance drivers to identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor regulatory updates and manage timelines for state filings in collaboration with the Legal team
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT and support testing for accurate implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Personal Lines Insurance, specifically Auto and/or Homeowner's products preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Snowflake or SAS is a plus
• Basic understanding of insurance pricing and actuarial concepts preferred
• Progress toward industry designations (CPCU, ARM, AU) is a plus
