Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support public health systems management projects, the full-time salaried Product Analyst will gather and document requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations, focusing on Medicare and Risk Adjustment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user training while adhering to project timelines

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in Federal Healthcare IT Projects
• Experience with requirements capture and analysis throughout the agile software development life cycle
• Strong interest in health policy and commitment to delivering high-quality products
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in federal consulting for at least 1-3 years
