Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the ongoing success of the Star Trek Fleet Command franchise, the full-time Product Analyst will work in a hybrid or remote capacity, collaborating with diverse teams to analyze player behavior and product performance, set feature direction, and derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game development teams to define goals and metrics, monitor outcomes, and iterate on actions
• Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for new features and assess the impact of product changes on player metrics
• Utilize SQL and Python for deep-dive analyses and apply statistical modeling techniques to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience with statistical modeling, causal inference, and machine learning methods
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods relevant to business questions
• Passion for video games and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
