Product Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance product performance and user experience, the full-time Product Analyst will analyze complex business problems, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and customer discoveries to identify business challenges
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the Development Team, serving as the subject matter expert
• Collaborate with the UX team to create mock-ups and facilitate design sessions and user testing

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role within an agile scrum team
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience planning and creating user stories for consumer-facing and/or SaaS products
• Familiarity with agile software management tools (e.g., JIRA, VersionOne)
• Experience generating UI mockups or collaborating closely with a UI/UX team
