Product Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of a shared platform, the full-time FLEX Manager, Product Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs, enhance product experiences, and drive data-informed decisions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supports product discovery by analyzing customer feedback and user behavior to identify experience gaps
- Partners with Product Owners to define user problems and inform UXL product enhancements
- Analyzes product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develops dashboards to support performance discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 0-3 years in product analysis or a related role
- Experience supporting Agile product teams, including backlog refinement and use of tools like JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights
- Familiarity with digital products, customer journey mapping, and user experience flows
- Exposure to product performance metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
