Product Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of Prism, a conversational analytics platform, the full-time Product Analyst will manage prompt reviews, query certifications, and data quality oversight while working remotely with cross-functional teams in data science and engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Review and improve prompts from business users to ensure accurate data interpretation by Prism
- Certify user queries and validate the accuracy of answers against source data
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to enhance semantic layers and improve data representation
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical work
- Strong technical skills in SQL, semantic layers, and data structures
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
- Working knowledge of semantic data modeling, including ontologies and taxonomies
- A preferred 4-year degree in a related field
