Product Analyst
Job Summary
Proactively managing Agile delivery processes, the full-time remote Product Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective product delivery through requirements analysis, backlog management, and Jira ticket oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Kanban and/or Scrum boards, ensuring accurate representation and progress of work throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements while facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder discussions
- Monitor work during sprint and release cycles, identifying blockers and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or Agile delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile work within Jira, including Kanban/Scrum boards and backlog management
- Two or more years of experience working with Federal Healthcare IT Projects
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
