Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CRM Product Managers to understand user needs and analyze customer interactions with software
• Perform deep analysis to support software design process and develop key performance indicators
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to generate product and business recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience with a software, ecommerce, or customer-focused technology company
• Strong business acumen and ability to build simple, compelling data visualizations
• Excellent SQL skills and experience building dashboards using modern tools like Looker
• Python skills and automotive experience are a plus
• Experience working at a software company is preferred
