Product Analyst, Conversational AI
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Analyst, Conversational AI will manage prompt reviews and query certifications for Prism, ensuring accurate data responses while collaborating with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and improve prompts entered by business users in Prism using Snowflake Cortex and AI tools
- Certify user queries and validate the accuracy of answers against source data
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to enhance semantic layers and improve data representation
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or related analytical work
- Strong technical skills with SQL and familiarity with semantic data modeling
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
- Ability to identify discrepancies between AI responses and source data
- A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred
