Product Analyst - Personal Lines

Job Summary

To support the growth of property and casualty insurance products in the Northern Northeast region, the full-time hybrid Product Analyst - Personal Lines will analyze profitability and trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze profitability, growth trends, and key performance drivers across states and agencies
• Monitor regulatory updates and manage timelines for state filings in collaboration with Legal
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT and support testing for accurate implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Personal Lines Insurance, specifically Auto and/or Homeowner's products preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel; familiarity with Snowflake or SAS is a plus
• Basic knowledge of insurance pricing and actuarial concepts preferred
• Progress toward industry designations (CPCU, ARM, AU) is a plus
