Product Analyst Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Product Analyst Project Manager will manage product management and execution activities for personal lines auto initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving state-specific and nationwide product updates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute implementation plans for personal lines program launches across assigned states
• Provide recommendations that influence state decisions and drive corporate strategy while serving as a subject matter expert
• Conduct research, develop recommendations, and build project artifacts to support product enhancements and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in statistical software packages such as SAS and Emblem
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and provide tactical and strategic recommendations
