Product Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To drive data-driven insights and improve member outcomes, the full-time remote Product Analytics Engineer will collaborate with Product Managers and Care Team leads to translate data into actionable opportunities, design experiments, and build analytics tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Care Team leads to translate business goals into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights
• Design and evaluate experiments to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration
• Build and maintain robust analytics models, dashboards, and self-serve tools using Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 4-7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries efficiently
• Experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation
• Proficiency with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
