Product Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the data-driven insights and product analytics that enhance member outcomes, the remote Product Analytics Associate Engineer will assist Product Managers with data analysis, set up A/B tests, and maintain SQL queries while collaborating with senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting
• Help set up and monitor A/B tests, ensuring data quality and summarizing results
• Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for specific tables and metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
• Solid SQL skills, including writing joins, aggregations, and window functions
• Some exposure to dbt or willingness to learn data modeling practices
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent
