Job Summary
Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Product Analytics Manager will proactively identify user journey friction points, define and maintain KPIs for product growth, and develop the team's analytical roadmap while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design.
Key responsibilities
- Use data and product intuition to identify and address user journey friction points
- Define and maintain KPIs to measure behaviors that drive product growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-backed solutions for user problems
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Science
- High-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau
- Experience with A/B testing and cohort analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong balance of data-driven reasoning and practical intuition
