Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Product Analytics Manager will proactively identify user journey friction points, define and maintain KPIs for product growth, and develop the team's analytical roadmap while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design.

Key responsibilities
  • Use data and product intuition to identify and address user journey friction points
  • Define and maintain KPIs to measure behaviors that drive product growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-backed solutions for user problems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Science
  • High-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau
  • Experience with A/B testing and cohort analysis
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong balance of data-driven reasoning and practical intuition
