Product Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Product Analytics Senior Analyst will lead analytics projects, provide insights for strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Yelp's product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with cross-functional teams to improve specific product areas and provide analytical support for decisions
• Lead analytics projects, communicate insights to decision makers, and identify new business opportunities
• Design and analyze experiments, manage deadlines, and deliver actionable recommendations based on data

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or graduate degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.)
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in consumer products or advertising
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker, etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and A/B testing
