Key Responsibilities

• Own the BI domain by leading analytics, defining processes, and promoting a data-driven culture
• Partner with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities
• Design intuitive dashboards and reports for stakeholders, ensuring relevant data sources are in place

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record working with Product, R&D, Marketing, and other teams to monitor and analyze KPIs
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and reporting
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Power BI
• Ability to create actionable dashboards and reports tailored to business stakeholders
