Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product and Client Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and manage reporting roadmap
  • Partner with Product and Engagement teams to identify trends and enhance user interaction touchpoints
  • Champion the standardization of reporting capabilities and address data and analytics gaps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 7+ years' experience in an analyst function
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics
  • Experience in partnering with internal teams across an organization
