Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Product and Client Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and manage reporting roadmap
- Partner with Product and Engagement teams to identify trends and enhance user interaction touchpoints
- Champion the standardization of reporting capabilities and address data and analytics gaps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7+ years' experience in an analyst function
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics
- Experience in partnering with internal teams across an organization
