Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Product Management is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling digital content and community products
• Extensive experience with online professional communities
• Deep understanding of community engagement strategies and content management systems
• Familiarity with banking operations and fraud detection methodologies is preferred
